A few minutes after the car started moving…

“Young Master, where would you like to go?”

Kyoko, from the driver’s seat, asked me through the rearview mirror.

“Um…”

I couldn’t answer immediately.

I’d completely forgotten to decide on a destination.

I’d been planning on just wandering around town, popping into any shops that caught my eye.

I didn't know what was out there in this world, and I had absolutely no sense of direction.

So, I thought that would be the best approach… in fact, the most natural thing to do.

But Kyoko had chosen to drive me around herself, alone with someone she disliked.
