Ten days... maybe about five more days from now...

After sending Snow back to her own world, Coai did nothing in particular... just stayed alone at the inn.

With the two famous spots she'd heard about from the townspeople turning out to be disappointments, there were likely no other places to visit nearby.
Besides, she had already taken her to the tavern. There was no reason to go try it alone now.
So, she couldn't think of anything she ought to do here and now.

Coai simply lay on the bed, absentmindedly... repeating a cycle of sleeping and waking.

As expected... the room, now without her, was a little cold.
So, she curled her body up as if to gather the warmth she'd left behind in the bed.

Alone in the room without her, it was a little cold.
So, she sharpened her senses to take in every last trace of her lingering scent in the room.

Alone in the room without her, day and night passed.
Then night turned back to day, and another night passed.
She felt a little cold in that repetition.
Of course, it wasn't because the dry winter wind was chilling her body.
In the room without Snow, she couldn't get that warm feeling from her... and for that reason, she felt cold.

Because it was a cold night, she would at least think of her.
Her figure, her voice, her scent, the feel of her skin... her movements, her expressions, her warmth... thinking only of her, considering only her... filling her thoughts with her...
Coai closed her eyes.
