"Damn pretty boy, let me go!" Huo Tianlin thrashed violently under his foot like a landed fish.
"Pretty boy?" The young boy sneered, his exquisite features radiating a fierce arrogance.
"Good!" Si Yang laughed in anger, cracking his knuckles. "Now, 'daddy' is going to teach you how to write the character for 'death'!"
As soon as the words left his mouth, Si Yang clenched his fist and swung it hard towards Huo Tianlin's face.
"Waaaaahhhh...!" Huo Tianlin frantically shielded his face, howling in anger. "Stop! Stop! Don't you know you shouldn't hit people in the face?! You're just jealous I'm handsomer than you!"
Thwack!
His answer was Si Yang's fist connecting solidly with his face, instantly teaching him a harsh lesson.
Huo Tianlin saw stars, yelping like a Husky.
Just as Si Yang's fist, filled with menace, was about to land another blow, a small, soft figure suddenly rushed forward, unleashing a flurry of kicks and punches on him.
"Stop it, you bad guy! Don't hit my brother!"
Su Luo had finally caught up, only to find her brother being beaten up on the ground. The little girl acted on pure impulse, charging forward without hesitation. Her soft little fists rained down on Si Yang like tiny hailstones.
"Bad guy! Let go of my brother! Don't hit him!"
Si Yang raised an eyebrow in surprise, his expression still fierce as he turned impatiently. "Hey, you looking to die?"
The little girl's strength was negligible, her blows feeling like tickles. They didn't hurt at all.
"D-don't hit my brother," Su Luo stammered, her little face flushed crimson. Though her legs were trembling with fear, she tried her best to put on a fiercely cute front, like a tiny kitten baring its teeth, hoping to scare him off.
Her attempt at fierceness, mixed with obvious fear, reminded him exactly of the Ragdoll cat at home.
Si Yang's heart instantly felt like it had been tickled by a feather, a strange, tingling itch spreading through him.
An intense urge suddenly surged – a powerful desire to tease this little girl mercilessly.
"Oh?" A wicked glint flashed in Si Yang's eyes, a mischievous grin curling his lips like a little ruffian up to no good. "What if I do want to hit him? What can you do about it?" With that, he delivered a sharp smack to the back of Huo Tianlin's head, raising an eyebrow challengingly.
How cute would she look if she started crying? the young boy thought wickedly.
The little girl's big, grape-like eyes welled up with tears. She bit her lip, struggling not to cry, her small shoulders trembling slightly like a frightened bunny.
Terrified out of her wits, yet she still tried to glare fiercely at him, like a tiny kitten ready to unsheathe its claws and scratch.
"If... if you hit my brother again... I... I'll bite you to death!"
Su Luo delivered her fierce threat, but her little hands clutched tightly at her skirt, her thin legs shaking uncontrollably.
Si Yang almost burst out laughing.
Damn, that's way too fcking cute!*
It just made him want to tease her even more. What to do?
A wicked smile tugged at the corner of his mouth, the mischievous part of him itching to act.
"W-what are you doing?"
Sensing his ill intentions, Su Luo stuttered in fear, instinctively taking a step back.
Si Yang chuckled softly, the sound seeming to mock her cowardice.
Su Luo's little face flushed bright red, a mix of embarrassment and anger.
"Anyway, you just can't bully my brother!"
The little girl spread her arms wide, shielding Huo Tianlin protectively like a mother hen guarding her chick.
"Su Luo, what are you doing here? I don't need your help! Go away!" Huo Tianlin stared at her in surprise, then shoved her roughly. His angry tone seemed to carry a hint of barely concealed worry.
"Brother, I was worried about you." The little girl turned around. Under his gaze, she patted her small chest resolutely, comforting him in her milky voice. "Luoluo will definitely beat up the big bad guy and save you!"
Si Yang glanced dismissively at her legs.
Heh. Still trembling.
