Snow was nibbling at the large grilled fish on her plate.

"If it's not good, do you really have to force yourself to eat it?"

"Well, I'd just feel a little bad leaving it."

Koai asked her, but even after hearing the reply, she couldn't understand why Snow was so determined to keep eating.

"...Is that just how it is?"

Perhaps feeling a sense of obligation, Koai simply withdrew her question.

"You went to all the trouble of catching it for me, after all... Oh, I know! Maybe changing the flavor will help."

"Changing the flavor?"

"Do you have anything besides salt? Like sugar, or soy sauce?"
