"Well then, shall we wait for tomorrow?"

Koai once again... this time, slowly stood up.

"Yeah, let's go back and get to bed early so we can wake up on time."

Snow said this, but she didn't leave her seat... she was looking up at Koai.

Just as she had in the evening, looking up at Koai's face with upturned eyes... she looked up with wide, moist eyes, her lips slightly parted.

At least, that's how it looked to Koai.

Looking down at Snow's face and feeling this, Koai... averted her face and eyes, as if to shake off the slight impatience burning deep in her chest.

The two of them, having had a moderate amount of food and drink... left the tavern and headed back to the inn.

At the tavern's exit, Koai took Snow's hand and was about to return the way they came... but Snow gently pulled her hand back.

"Hey, why don't we try a different street from before? Like a walk, I want to see a bit more of the town."
